HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga,  comprises asana (postures) pranayama (breath work) , meditation, and relaxation techniques. In addition, Bek uses her Embodied Five Element Theory training to select poses and practices to suit each season, it’s element and meridian pair, to create a deeper resonance for her students.
When combined, these aspects offer a myriad of benefits for body, mind and spirit.

PILATES

Pilates increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks. Improving posture,  flexibility, balancing muscular strength on both sides of your body and releasing stress and muscle tension.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training is all out 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods, which burns more body fat in less time. 

BOXFIT

A non-contact boxing class that involves boxing combinations and cardio drills. Suitable for all fitness levels, and is great for upper body muscle tone, cardiovascular fitness and relieving stress!

STRENGTH  

A full body workout  utilising weights and your own bodyweight  to build lean muscle,  tone, definition, and increase bone density. Designed for all fitness levels, this class combines compound strength training with conditioning exercises.
