HATHA YOGA
Hatha Yoga, comprises asana (postures) pranayama (breath work) , meditation, and relaxation techniques.
Hatha Yoga offer a myriad of benefits for body, mind and spirit.
PILATES
Pilates increased muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks. Improving posture, flexibility, balancing muscular strength on both sides of your body and releasing stress and muscle tension.
HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training is all out 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods, which burns more body fat in less time.
STRENGTH
A full body workout utilising weights and your own bodyweight to build lean muscle, tone, definition, and increase bone density. Designed for all fitness levels, this class combines compound strength training with conditioning exercises.
CIRCUIT
A full body workout mixing Strength, Cardio and mobility. All Fitness levels are welcome.


Seniors Class starting on 1st of June
Balance, Strength and Stretch
We are creating a class for over 60 years for people that might feel a bit uncomfortable joining the gym and would like to focus on balance, strength and stretch to age well and be independent with freedom of movement.
Classes will be once a week Wednesdays at 10 am- 45 minutes class @elanora_fitness
Join the gym as a senior member for $70.92 a month.
