Fitness Instructors Wanted

Personal Trainers and Bootcamps

Our gym facilities and squash courts are available for rent to local personal trainers and for hosting boot camps or fitness classes in the mornings. If you would like more information about utilizing our space for your training sessions or boot camps, please contact us at

Gym Guidelines

We prioritize the safety and well-being of all our gym members. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Booking Prior for Classes and Training: Please book your spot in advance for classes and training sessions at the gym using our convenient Gym Master app. This allows us to manage capacity effectively and ensures that everyone has equal access to the facilities.

  • Notice: Classes are conducted both in the gym and on Court 2.

  • To find out the schedule for gym classes, please refer to the app.

  • If you plan to work out independently in the gym, we suggest avoiding the class times.

  • Equipment Hygiene: After using any equipment, we kindly ask that you take a moment to clean it thoroughly. Sanitizing wipes or spray are provided for your convenience. By maintaining equipment hygiene, we create a clean and hygienic environment for all members to enjoy.​

  • Bring Your Own Mat, Towel, and Water Bottle: We encourage you to bring your own exercise mat, towel, and a filled water bottle. We understand the importance of personal hygiene and hydration during workouts. Additionally, a towel is mandatory for every member. 

  • Illness and Symptoms: If you are experiencing any signs of flu-like symptoms, no matter how minor they may seem, we kindly request that you prioritize your health and refrain from visiting the gym. By doing so, we protect the health and well-being of all gym members.

By following these guidelines, you actively contribute to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
