Please follow the gym guidelines:

  • Book prior for classes and training at the gym via the app gym master.

  • Please clean the equipment after use and keep your social distance all the time.

  • Please bring your mat, towel and filled water bottle. A towel is mandatory. No towel no train.

  • If you're showing any signs of flu symptoms no matter how minor they are, please don't come to the gym and please get tested.

  • See below Covid safe procedure.


  • Booking System: With the new regulations and limited numbers of members per class booking is essential. We have our brand-new booking system via Gym master. Booking can be done via the app or via the website. If you can not get into the booking system, please let us know.  If you booked a class and can’t make the class, please cancel your booking within 12 hours' notice to make space for another member. Link for gym master app below.

  • Manager:  Julia is the manager of the gym, she is here to coordinate, assist and make sure that the gym runs smoothly and that you have the best experience. Do not hesitate to contact her via email or in person if you have any suggestions, ideas or if you need some help with your fitness and health journey.  gym@elanorasquash.com.au

Personal Trainers and Bootcamps:

We rent our gym for local personal trainers and rent our courts in the mornings for boot camps or fitness classes.

  •  Following Fitness Australia in accordance with government guidelines.

  • A maximum of 20 members is allowed inside the gym at one time.

  • A maximum of 15 members is allowed per class keeping the 1.5 meters distance.

  • Book for classes and for gym training on our app is compulsory.

  • Keep Social Distancing of 1.5m between exercising members.  The group classes will be held at the Squash Courts, apart from the Strength class on Friday at 9:15 am please avoid booking for training at the gym this day and time.

  • Hygiene: Wash your hands before entering the gym or use a hand sanitiser, located at the entrance of the Centre and at the entrance of the gym.

  • Sign in – Everyone that arrives at the centre needs to sign in electronically using your phone camera. 

  • Use disinfectant wipes to wipe down any equipment, machine or weights after use.

  • Use one piece of equipment at a time, wipe, pack and move to the next one.

  • Bringing your own mat and towel is compulsory. A clean towel must be used for every session. 

  • Bring your own filled water bottles.

  • For yoga bring your own blanket, straps and blocks if you wish to use them.

  • If feeling unwell please do not come to the gym.
