ELANORA FITNESS NOTICE BOARD

  • New trainer: We have a new trainer ! Charlie is a very skillful and qualified boxing and fitness instructor and he will be here to help you towards your fitness and health goals teaching Box Fit and HIIT classes. Check our timetable to know when you can try one of his fun classes.

 

  • New classes  at 9:15 am: We now have classes everyday (Monday to Friday) at 9:15 am with a complete and balanced schedule of classes for you. We continue with child minding Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for this time slot. The price now is $3 per child.

 

  • Renovations/Updates: Our bathrooms and gym got a new fresh air.

 

  • Booking System: With the new regulations and limited numbers of members per class booking is essential. We have our brand-new booking system via Gym master. Booking can be done  via app or via the website. If you can not get into the booking system, please let us know.  If you booked a class and can’t make the class, please cancel your booking within 12 hours notice to make space for another member.   • Manager: We now have Julia as a manager of the gym, you may have met Julia before she has been working here at Elanora Fitness for many years now. Julia will be here to coordinate, assist and making sure that the gym runs smoothly and that you have the best experience. Do not hesitate to contact her if you have any suggestion, ideas or if you need some help with your fitness and health journey.  

COVID SAFE PROCEDURES:

  •  Following Fitness Australia in accordance with government guidelines.

  • Maximum of 20 members allowed inside the gym at one time.

  • Maximum of 14 members allowed per class keeping the 1.5 meters distance.

  • Book for classes and for gym training on our app is compulsory.

  • Keep Social Distancing of 1.5m between exercising members. We  have marks on the floor  at the Squash court ( 2). The group classes will be held at the Squash Courts, apart from Strength class on Friday 9:15 am please avoid booking for training at the gym this day and time.

  • Hygiene: Wash your hands before entering the gym or use hand sanitizer, located at the entrance of the Centre and at the entrance of the gym.

  • Sign in – Everyone that arrive at the center needs to sign in electronically using your phone camera. 

  • Use disinfectant wipes to wipe down any equipment, machine or weights after use.

  • Use one piece of equipment at the time, wipe, pack and move to the next one.

  • Bring your own mat and towel is compulsory. A clean towel must be used for every session. 

  • Bring your own filled water bottles.

  • For yoga bring your own blanket, straps and blocks if you wish to use them.

  • The showers, that we just updated are not allowed for the time being.

  • If feeling unwell please do not come to the gym.

Some of those procedures might be temporary and we will keep you posted as the government update.
