We cater for all ages and levels at Elanora Fitness and encourage everyone to join in our classes, speak with an instructor prior to your class.

Seniors Class starting on 18th of May
Balance, Strength and Stretch
We are creating a class for over 60 years for people that might feel a bit uncomfortable to join the gym and would like to focus on balance, strength and stretch to age well and independent with freedom of movement.
Classes will be twice a week Wednesdays and Fridays at 8 am – 45 minutes classes @elanora_fitness
12 weeks $250 ( early bird price joining until 12th of May) after that price is $270
