Classes for all levels of fitness
BOXFIT – A non-contact boxing class that involves boxing combinations, cardio drills and punching bag work. Suitable for all fitness levels, and is great for upper body muscle tone, fitness and relieving stress!
B.L.T – Bums, Legs, and Tums targets those lower body problem areas of the abs, hips, butt and legs using endurance and strengthening exercises to build lean muscle tone and definition.
Toned and Lean – Designed for all fitness levels, this class combines compound strength training with cardio exercises. This maximises calorie burn and improves metabolic rate during and after the workout.
HIIT/Foam Rolling/ Stretch – High Intensity Interval Training is all out 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods, which burns more body fat in less time. Foam Rolling and stretching is the best way to keep your body pain free with improved range of motion and improved posture.
Pilates – Pilates focuses on strengthening the core, improving posture, increasing flexibility and releasing stress and muscle tension. Can improve abdominal separation post natally.
Hatha Yoga – Seeks to provide a space for people to link mind, body and breath to connect with themselves on a physical, emotional and spiritual level through softly flowing Hatha postures & breath work.
